Shipping Policy
Please note that delivery time will be between 2 -7 working days. Delays during transit may occur from time to time, in which Reactive cannot be held responsible. Our delivery days are Mondays and Thursdays ONLY. Our team works hard to ensure your orders are sent out at the nearest Monday or Thursday, however please do allow 1-2 working days for us to process your order during peak periods.
Malaysia: All Malaysian orders are shipped at a flat rate of RM15.
South East Asia: All South East Asian orders are shipped at a flat rate of RM35.
International: All other countries are shipped at a flat rate of RM85.
Return & Exchange Policy
Even though we are always hoping for the best, sometimes it just doesn't work out. But don't you worry, you are able to exchange within 7 working days of receiving your products. Please note:
1) Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
2) All tags and must remain attached
3) Items must be returned in original condition
Any items returned after 7 days or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed will NOT be accepted for return. Reactive reserves the right to reject any items that does not comply with said conditions.
Unfortunately we do not allow any refunds on full price and sale items.
